Summer Solstice Retreat
Join us for a women’s restorative retreat in Victoria, BC on Friday, June 20th from 6:30pm - 10:30pm to watch the sun set on the longest day of the year! This evening retreat is unique as it is tailored to the celebration of summer. It’s privately hosted aboard HAVN Saunas in the picturesque harbour on the Friday night of the solstice.
This experience is a luxurious reset with a focus on energetic attunement, nourishment, connection and fun! All practices will be tailored to the needs of the seasonal transition.
Your spa evening includes:
meditation, ritual + breathwork with Emily, founder of Déjà Well
sound bath with Pilar
community acupuncture with Kailie
sauna and cold plunge circuit that includes 3 different saunas, 2 cold pools and an exfoliating salt scrub with local sea salt and essential oils
hot tubs overlooking the harbour
breakfast by local chef Sandi Irving of Beaumont Catering
Bonus sunset dance party thanks to Reggae Fest in the Harbour! There’s a great line up including Lazy Syrup Orchestra that will be playing in the background while we hot tub on the top deck 🌞✨
The evening starts at 6:30pm with a ritual ceremony, sound bath and breathwork in the lounge. After our group session you are free to move through wellness stations on the top deck and experience a balance between silent introspection and social connection, maybe even some dancing in your robe. There are multiple saunas, restorative acupuncture, cozy corners for journaling as well as social hot tubs and clay face masks in the salt scrub room. Nourishing meals, snacks and drinks are available in the lounge whenever you feel called. Gorgeous harbour views from the top deck allow you to feel connected to the beauty of the city as well as the sea. The evening ends with a cheer as the sun sets at 10:30pm. We can't wait to host you and usher in a new season together!
